What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept orders starting from 1 piece for prototyping. Small batch and production volumes are also available.
What CAD file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP, STP, IGS, IGES, STL, SLDPRT, X_T, DWG, DXF, PDF, ZIP and RAR files — up to 50MB per upload.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on part complexity and finish requirements. Typical lead times: prototyping typically 3–7 days, small batch around 5 days, production runs around 15 days. We will confirm lead time in our quote.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Critical tolerance control down to ±0.05mm. Tighter tolerance (e.g. ±0.01mm) can be evaluated based on your drawing requirements.
What materials can you machine?
